1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use bbq4d services, you must meet the following mandatory eligibility criteria:

• Maintain only one (1) account per individual. Multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• Not share, sell, or transfer your account to any third party under any circumstances.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bbq4d implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of residence (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Payment method verification (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot showing account ownership)
• Additional documentation as reasonably requested by our compliance team

Withdrawals may be suspended pending successful completion of KYC verification. Documents must be clear, legible, and display all four corners of the document without obstruction.

3. Deposits and Funding

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bbq4d accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment channels:

3.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction unless otherwise specified in promotional terms.
• Maximum deposit limits apply based on payment method and account verification status. Contact support for current limits.
• Deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Any delays are attributable to third-party payment processors or banking systems.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bbq4d does not charge processing fees for standard deposits. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

3.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your bbq4d account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit purposes. bbq4d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or suspicious transactions and report concerns to relevant authorities.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Processing

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Standard processing time is 2-4 hours during business hours (08:00-23:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Requests submitted outside business hours are processed the following day.
• First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000 may require additional verification and extended processing time up to 72 hours.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by bbq4d management.
• You may only withdraw to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own legal name matching your bbq4d account registration.

4.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

bbq4d reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests in the following circumstances:

• Incomplete or pending KYC verification
• Outstanding bonus wagering requirements not yet fulfilled
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Duplicate accounts, collusion, or use of prohibited betting strategies
• Technical errors, disputes, or ongoing investigations
• Failure to provide requested documentation within specified timeframes

4.3 Withdrawal Fees

bbq4d does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals within the same month may incur administrative fees as displayed in your account dashboard. Bank transfer fees imposed by receiving banks are borne by the User.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by bbq4d are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed on the promotional page at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms including:

• Minimum deposit requirements to qualify for the bonus
• Wagering requirements (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount or deposit + bonus amount)
• Game contribution percentages toward wagering (e.g., slots 100%, table games 10-20%, live casino 10%)
• Maximum bet limits while bonus is active (typically Rp 50.000 per round unless otherwise specified)
• Eligible games and excluded games where bonus funds cannot be wagered

5.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, bonus-derived winnings, and potential account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses
• Collusion with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes
• Using prohibited betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., opposite bets on roulette, low-risk hedging strategies)
• Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus is active
• Depositing solely to claim bonuses with no genuine gaming activity

5.3 Bonus Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an active bonus at any time. Upon cancellation, all bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds will be removed from your account. Only your original deposit amount and winnings derived from real money wagering will remain.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All slot games, virtual table games, and RNG-based games offered by bbq4d utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested by independent third-party auditing firms to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are as published by the respective game providers.

6.2 Live Casino Games

Live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, etc.) use physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by professional dealers in real-time studios. Outcomes are determined by physical chance and recorded via multiple camera angles. bbq4d has no influence over live game results.

6.3 Sports Betting Settlement

6.4 Prohibited Activities

• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or software bugs for personal gain
• Collusion with other players in poker, live casino, or any competitive games
• Syndicate betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated group betting strategies designed to guarantee profit
• Late betting or placing wagers after an event outcome is known due to delayed feeds
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with bbq4d software or systems

7. Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds within 30 days. Failure to do so may result in dormancy fees or administrative charges.

7.2 Involuntary Suspension or Closure

bbq4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• You fail to complete KYC verification within requested timeframes
• Your account shows signs of problem gambling or compulsive behavior
• We are required to do so by law enforcement or regulatory authorities

Upon involuntary closure for cause, bbq4d reserves the right to confiscate all account funds including deposits if fraud or serious misconduct is established.

8. Responsible Gaming
